Policy Type: Selective Peering
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must have a globally reachable ASN
• Must maintain at least / prefix count of X (e.g. 5 prefixes v4 or more)
• Must connect at minimum of 1 Gbps port within our facility
• Must follow route filtering, not announce third-party transit
Traffic Ratio: Inbound to Outbound not to exceed 3:1 initially
Agreement: Signed Peering LOI for large-volume peers
Security: Prefix filters, RPKI, no route leaks
Termination: Warning → probation → termination after repeated policy violations
Operational Procedures: Maintenance windows, notification, remote-hands support
Transparency: Publish your peering details, stats, contact info, policy URL
